I found the hotel in a very convenient location, right off the Mass pike and close to various restaurants and stores. The rooms were decent but needed better maintenance. The service stood out as particularly thoughtful and kind, making my stay more enjoyable.

When I arrived, the room was quite hot, and unfortunately, some supplies were not replenished, like shampoo. It felt more like a smoking room rather than a non-smoking one.

However, there were some cobwebs in the room. The service was good overall, except for one staff member who needs more training. The location, though close to restaurants and stores, needs improvement as it seemed rundown and unsafe. The dining could have been better with more options. On the bright side, the hotel was close to numerous restaurants and stores.
